2bAuto Pay & Paperless Billing status

2cMonthly Bill Breakdown
Shows previous balance and payments, one-time activity, current charges, taxes, and fees.
2dTotal Amount Due
Displays your total balance and due date, highlighting recent charges, credits, one-time fees, or service changes during the billing period.
2eRemit slip
If paying by mail, detach and return the bottom portion with your payment. Ensure the return address shows through the envelope window. For other payment options, visit optimum.com/waystopay
3One-Time Activity
This section shows charges or credits that aren't part of your regular monthly bill, such as:
- On Demand purchases
- Installation fees
- Late payment fees
- Partial month activity - charged only for days the service was active.
