Optimum Voice customers can use Nomorobo, a free, independent call blocking service that answers known robocalls and telemarketing calls to your home phone if they are not already blocked by Block All Anonymous Calls or Block Selected Callers features.
Incoming calls will use the Find Me feature to ring Nomorobo, which then identifies calls from known robocallers and answers the call for you. Your home phone will ring once letting you know that Nomorobo has answered and stopped the call. All other calls will continue to ring to your home phone as normal.
