Voicemail
You will need to set up your Voicemail before using it. Once done, you can check your messages from just about anywhere:
- From home: dial your phone number
- Away from home: dial your phone number and press (*) when your greeting begins
- Online: In NY, NJ and CT, go to optimum.net/phone and sign in with your Optimum ID and password
