You need to change your Internet Explorer web browser setting to see Optimum.net correctly. Here's how:

1. Click on "Tools" at the top of this window.
2. In the menu, you may see "Compatibility View." If you see it and it is checked, you can uncheck it now.
3. If you cannot uncheck "Compatibility View," click on "Compatibility View Settings" now.
4. Click "Remove" to eliminate Optimum.net from the list of "Websites you've added to Compatibility View"
